I was running through one of the athena tutorials and amking sure everything
in there still works when I tried the following and got the following results:
Meep%quota -v
Meep%
I did not have this probelm before I updated plug (a sparc 5) to the beta
(now the early release). I have tokens and tickets. This is not a
problem on other machines running the early.
The really fun part of this is that other users do not have this problem
on plug, I do not have this probelm on other sparc 5's running the beta. It
is also not a one time occurence, this has been going on for awhile (I've
been too busy with other things to deal).
Here's the result from a test account:
athena% quota -v
Disk quotas for dotfyles (uid 8627):
Filesystem Type ID usage quota limit files quota limit
/mit/dotfyles volume 725 12500 12500
Here's the result from mine:
Meep%quota -v
Meep%
Does anybody have the foggiest clue why quota won't work for me? I'm beginning
to think plug hates me.
