Thanks for pointing this out. It's a bug; olh is supposed to invoke
olh in the help locker, but it was invoking olh_ascii instead due to a
subtle bug in the way I was generating attach and run scripts. It
will be fixed in the 8.1.5 patch release (which goes out in a week and
a half in the Athena cell).
