What's wrong:
I cannot paste from any other window to my emacs:
GNU Emacs 18.54.19 of Wed Aug 9 1989 on paris (berkeley-unix)
When I click to paste in a selection, I get the most recent selection
from *the same emacs*, rather than the active selection (which is
ususally in some other window).
What should have happened:
I should be able to paste another window's contents into my emacs.
