When using Netscape on Solaris to perform purchasing via ECAT the ksign
application is not found. Ted will provide a new symlink to fix this.
That has been fixed. Note that we still don't have ECAT available for
SGI, and until we actually put some development resources on the ECAT
project, this probably won't get fixed.
