That functionality seems to be gone. Decomissioning /usr/athena/bin/f
was deliberate; it wasn't present on the SGIs, so I didn't think it
would be a big surprise to very many people, and it seemed kind of
lame to be putting one-character abbreviations for commands in the
system path.
