/etc/rc and /etc/athena/activate should attach -n the packs. I
have the packs in my /etc/attach.conf to be afs filesystems.
They actually do an attach -n. The problem was that the afs code in
attach wasn't checking the "do_nfsid" flag; this will be fixed in the
next version of attach.
