Traditionally we've run catman in /os/usr/share/man and
/os/usr/openwin/share/man. I'll do it to the 2.5.1 os volume. For
some future release, I may come up with a way of putting the formatted
man pages on the packs, but it will require modifying the track lists
and it doesn't really fit within the confines of what ought to be done
during beta, so I'll stick with corrupting the OS volume for 8.1.
