Well, I thought I had figured out what's wrong:
/usr/athena/etc/disserve wasn't setuid. Making it setuid allowed
Heather's account to get to the ncssm meeting, so I assume that works
around the problem for now.
However, disserve is setuid on the 8.1 system packs, so I don't know
why it wasn't setuid on plug. I'll see if I can reproduce the problem
on a test machine. I assume you haven't deliberately edited SuidCells
so as not to trust setuid bits in the athena cell, or anything of that
nature.
