Okay, I fixed both problems with desync, which were dumb errors.  I'll
do a snapshot tomorrow to get the fixes.

I've verified that you're correct about /etc/named.local.  I didn't
expect that to be the case.  I guess I'll put it in the release notes.

This probably has to be done on the install server.  I'll look at it,
but I don't guarantee results.
