Okay, /etc/athena/inetd.conf was not in the list of configuration
files changed in the new release, so it didn't get updated on private
machines taking the update (I had been doing the update on machines
while they were still public). This will be fixed in the next
snapshot.
The kshell, klogin, and eklogin invocations in /etc/athena/inetd.conf
should be, respectively:
kshd -k
klogind -k
klogind -k -e
