Because we don't have the staff to do the work, and because we don't
feel like spending the AFS space on stuff that we're not sure is really
useful.

If you want to be helpful, you can cook up a quick outline of what each
of those things are, what CD they can be found on, how much space they
consume, and who is likely to find them useful.

If they're already part of the generic Answerbook CD, then its just a
matter of us not feeling like groveling through the poorly documented
and poorly working system to install and add them to the global table of
contents.

If you want to be helpful, you can do this work and let us know where to
find the appropriate files to substitute for the ones we currently have.
Please be compatible with the existing installation.
