It's probably a good idea for everything in /etc/rc?.d to be tracked
local. It makes life easier when you've got the machine in single user
mode and are trying to do something weird/get something working and
don't have AFS, etc., etc.

Admittedly the frequency of this sort of thing is pretty low, but
the penalty is pretty small, too.
