Try this:
Follow the instructions up until the update_ws. Before you do the
update_ws, type
cp /srvd/bin/athena/getcluster /bin/athena
cp /srvd/etc/athena/save_cluster_info /etc/athena
and then do the update_ws.
If it starts the update successfully, leave me email or voicemail or
something and I'll send out updated instructions.
