mkserv discuss should work for Solaris under 8.0 now (since the server
binaries now work). I didn't test is, but the script is essentially
the same as one that I've been using out of my homedir for years.
Other people using the discuss3 service out of my homedir should stop
ASAP, because it will go away RSN.
