Problem 1) Xlogin

05:12 Wcl Warning: Could not convert Clock to Class or Constructor.
05:12 Wcl Warning: Could not convert Clock to Class or Constructor.
05:12 Wcl Warning: WcCvtStringToWidget could not find
05:12 widget *clock from widget mesg.

This appears in the console after I log out; also, the screensaver it puts up
is mangled in an interesting way; everything from "Press any key" (or actually,
the equivalent in my customizations) on down is covered up by the stuff above.
I did a context diff between the original file and my customizations before I
replaced /etc/athena/login/Xlogin, but all I saw was my customizations and a
couple of replacements of "7.7" with "8.0"; also, as may be guessed by the
message appearing above, the clock doesn't appear in the Xlogin screen

Problem 2) general X lossage

When I checked the discuss meeting, I saw a couple of posts that resembled my
problems. I have so far had exmh, xv, and xscreensaver complain that they were
unable to open the display ":0.0". If I telnet to a remote machine and run one
of these applications with display set back to starkiller, it works perfectly
fine. If I log in on another machine and telnet to starkiller and run one of
these applications, it works fine. Of course, other X applications seem to
have little or no problems (xterm, vtwm.gamma, dash, xload, xclock, zwgc)
