(RT/PC) Version 6.4A: /etc/inetd.conf

What's wrong:

The "comsat" entry was removed from /etc/inetd.conf. I never heard
this discussed, and it is particularly inconvenient for me because I
use it.

I can understand its removal, especially since the vast majority of
workstations don't use it, and those people who need it can put it
back.

What I cannot understand is why the RCS logs on paris do not reflect
its removal. It was removed in revision 1.7 of the files in
/paris/source/config/files, but the revision description for 1.8 (by
don) mentions nothing about it.

  Slightly irritating.

What should have happened:

Possibly, just possibly, it should not have been removed, although
that's questionable.

It should have been mentioned in the RCS logs.

  jik
