/afs/athena/system/aklog is missing for sun4m_54; and because of AFS
version skew, the sun4m_53 version will *not* work.  Whatever version is
being installed in /bin/athena/aklog should be installed in
/afs/athena/system/bin/sun4m_54/aklog.
