No, the windex file gets updated just about every time I make a change
and release the packs; it turns out that the Transcript man pages
don't get along with the Solaris windex. I'll change them to do so.
(I'll also nuke the comments in the TeX man pages which are showing up
in the windex file, while I'm at it.)
