In irix5.2 with emacs19.28 (I think), having an iconified emacs on the
desktop with the 4Dwmsession invocation
application "MAIL_Emacs-Global" {
command "emacs19 -name MAIL -f mh-rmail "
launchTime "login"
screen "0"
}
did not actually run mh-rmail until the icon was opened.
the current version inc's the mail silently.
i.e., I used to look at the console window, then do an inc from the xterm.
if I try to do that now, I find the mail has silently disappeared
(actually, it has already been inc'd)
