You probably shouldn't be getting this message, but it's showing up
due to a random bug somewhere anyway. Richard has supplied a fix, due
out sometime next week, which should suppress the message in the cases
where you shouldn't see it, and also hopefully provide the name of the
program responsible (the program doing byte-range locking) when the
message should be printed.
