Hi! Normally, if someone is only set up for techmail or has only
reserved a username and password but doesn't have a full athena
account, we use
7. (register) Register a user.
in the user menu of moira to register them for a full account. I just
tried it now with the user "pda", and got a new message about
"kerberos code not implimented, name not given back. The username pda
is already in use." in addition to the traditional "KERBEROS code not
added, did not reserve name with kerberos." message. The name is
already in use, but it's in use by him. It did not change the status
of his account as it should.
