netprob bug report 196 has a patch that claims to solve the problem
with rcp -x failing on non-BSD machines. This may the same bug
reported in NetProb bug report 1957. If this is the solution, can
someone please apply it. I'm tired of needing root acces to rcp
to/from my DECstation, because non-root access fails.
