What were you trying to do?
look at the values that machtype returned, because I noticed
that at least one of them wasn't always right.
What's wrong:
This machine is a SPARCstation 5, not a SPARC/Classic (despite
the above info.
this machine is running SunOS 5.3 (Solaris 2.3) not 5.1
(this is also incorrect on 77 SPARC/Classics
What should have happened:
You should be able to tell what type of machine I'm on from
the info automatically filled in by sendbug. Machtype should
know what it's talking about.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
machtype(1), but it could probably use a little updating too.
