1) should it be setuid discuss? (what about dspipe)
2) under solaris dsmail always returns:
554-/usr/athena/bin/dsmail - 50
I addition to causing the mail to be bounced this is a rather useless
error message. I looked up the sendmail return code 554 is something
like service unavailable.

This is different than dsmail's behavior under 7.6 which was to
coredump.
