Hi!
Just now I tried "soft reset" from that menu, which did nothing. I
then tried "full reset", which made my previously black window turn
white. There's not text visible in it now, and it still doesn't
respond to the keyboard (I can't paste anything into it either).

Hey Carla.....did you try using the 'reset' commands from the menu you get
when you do control-click(middle) on that xterm ?
