Should be fixed soon... An Imakefile failed to get updated to do the
right thing with respect to installing the Sun's Xlogin resource file.

This is fixed now on the Sun. Should be fixed soon on the RS6K.
(Problem on the Sun was the help locker was not yet populated.)
