core dump when using dash to start olc_answers

At 9:59 am Monday, I tried to use the DASH menu bar to start
OLC_ANSWERS. Shortly after the menu appeared, the window closed and I was
left with a file called "core" in my root directory which was 860616 bytes
long and had a bunch of error messages in it.
I then typed olc_answers from a normal window and that worked fine.
