a) First of all - what type of machine are you on
b) Second - what version of the release are we talking about here
c) If this is in the SIPB office, perhaps you should see if anyone
else is logged in doing things...
From the error message though, I suspect either
a) Two rpc.statd are running
b) portmap didn't startup or is dead....
