These messages have been appearing on 7.6 machines on this floor. At
first, the problem was that the timed master and the AFS servers were
not both properly time synchronized. This problem has been fixed.
However, a new problem has crept up... It appears that there are no
timed masters on some of the subnets, such as 18.172. Therefore, we are
relying solely on AFS time synchronization, which is why these console
messages appear on occassion. They are not a bug, and in fact point out
the value of redundant systems. I just thought I would mention that it
is an indication that we have lost our timed master here.
