The /srvd/patch for 7.6 should be different from 7.4.
The 7.4 contains scripts for eos and grade that attach the andrew locker.
This is unnecessary. (And time consuming, and misleading, and should go away
now that the 7.6 eos and grade do the right thing.)

I would also say that from a volume management point of view, that the
patch directory should probably be symlinked to something like:
/afs/athena.mit.edu/system/patch.76/{vax,sun4,decmips,rsaix}
The reason for this is to avoid having to make several volumes for a
given patch (and replicating all of those volumes). The other reason is
to avoid relying on @sys, in case anyone is using the translator.
I think the previous choice did not take this into consideration, and I
regretted seeing it once it was out there.
