Regardless of whether I 'attach x11' or 'attach x11r5', the contents
of the directory /usr/include/X11 is a directory 'bitmaps'.  No .h
files at all.  /usr/include/X11 is a symlink to
/usr/lpp/X11/include/X11, which appears to be on the local disk.
