"aklog" was fixed 6/26, 16:00... All "aklog" bugs prior to this time
relating to denying access to one's homedir are probably fixed.
However, it may be noteworthy to mention that dialups may still be
susceptible to the problem since they do not reactivate. The test
dialup may also have the bad version of quota, unless someone has
updated that...
