When I logged into navigator this morning (a 7.4 test machine) I got an error
in my console when I tried attaching consult. The error was
Exit 26
which according to the man page is
26 The remote filesystem does not exist.
thinking that this was afs cache curruption. we tried some stuff and then
ended up rebooting the machine.
When I tried to re-login it failed and this time listed the error is
/afs/athena.mit.edu/contrib/consult: No such device
In addition to consult, I also cannot attach matlab.
While this was going on, the user enolagay on m16-034-17 was also having the
same problem, and a little later archer@m37-318-8 reported the same thing
