No, tmail failed to print a blank line before the last mail message
that it printed (i.e., the first one in the mailbox file). Also, it
printed an unnecessary blank line before the first one (i.e., the last
one in the mailbox file).
For example, if I type
tmail /mit/mhpower/Mail/bitnews
the output has no blank line between the line
fine speaker
and the line

This makes the program unusable for reversing the message order of the
mailbox file.
