xlogout is broken

The following failures have now been observed with xlogout.
1) Xlogout does not look at the aplpication defaults. Perhaps you did
not specify which directory to find the defaults in your program? I
installed the defaults as you specified. I suspect you never noticed
this because you added the resources to your own.
2) The buttons are not obvious. Continue not to logout and exit to
logout? Also, there should be no timeout. The user must confirm.
3) If you cannot open the display, xlogout gives you a segmentation
violation.

4) xlogout should ignore all signals. (kill -1 -1 should not cause
logout to provide backward compatibility).
Please fix these problems as soon as possible.
