Be sure to send QUIT pop command back to server
before exiting
Fix bug where a '.' in the 128th column could hose mail.
One small problem. The vax and rt architectures don't have a binary in
/srvd/usr/athena/lib/gnuemacs/etc/movemail.
The pmax /srvd does, but it it also has the .o file, which probably
doesn't need to be there.
