"Lucy" Advisor
Display Console Window
Shutdown Window System
Shouldn't Lucy, as an Athena informational tool, go in the upper group,
rather than the lower miscellaneous system-y collection?
I will document as is for the staff test release notes, but shall we change it
(this would alter some of the SHIFT-Fkey bindings...)
