I disagree strongly. I should not have to run config_console or change my X
resources if I don't want to run dash. The console placement change is new
to this release, so the testing period is an appropriate time to change it.
I didn't consider what would happen when the console was restarted when I
made the changes. I like Mark's suggested TOP_MARGIN property. I'll make
changes to dash and console to set it and look for it.
