User brlewis over disk quota on /mit/motif, remove 684K
It is a good feature that AFS quotas are now shown. Output should be
changed to reflect this feature. It should not say, "Disk quotas for
brlewis (uid 16046)" or "User brlewis over disk quota on /mit/motif"
because not all quotas are user quotas.
