The new attach and its attachtab format cause incorrect subscription
information to be generated by zinit.
zinit assumes (for backward compatibility with older attach'es) that a
version number != A0 means an old attachtab format, and when it
encounters A1 as an attachtab version number, it gets the wrong things
in the subscriptions.
I suggested back when we converted to the current (6.0+) attach that
zinit should go away and be an option of attach, but for some reason
that escapes me this didn't happen.
Now is the time to do it (zinit would just become a shell script to run
the attach version).
