On the RT /usr/new/lib is obsolete.  It contains:


	X -> /usr/lib/X10	X10 is dead.

	notes
	jove
	[lpt].Makefile		These are used by programs which should
				have been recompiled to use the new pathnames
				(/usr/athena/lib).

	news
	rn			We don't support news.
