missing VAX symlinks

This list was obtained by diffing the list of files on the 7.2 and
7.3C VAX packs. Some of these must be fixed, most need to be
documented.

Programs removed but needed:
/usr/andrew/dlib/atk/dataprosa.do is missing
removed 7.2 xlogin support /usr/athena/lib/login
7.2 root / 7.3 packs login buttons lose
/usr/athena/lib/xps/fonts/Times/{italic,roman}.a are missing
Bad Moves:
/usr/etc/{mrtest,update_server} have been moved to /usr/athena/bin,
should be /usr/athena/etc
/usr/include/discuss/* has not been moved to /usr/athena/include
/usr/new/tmail has been moved to /usr/athena/bin/tmail.sh
Missing compat symlinks (needed?):
/bin/{fs,unlog} have moved to /bin/athena
/usr/include/zephyr/* has been moved to /usr/athena/include
/usr/ucb/{rlogin,rsh} have been moved to /usr/athena/bin
/etc/athena/lib/* (track stuff) has been moved to /usr/athena/lib/*
track change means 7.2 root 7.3 packs track will fail
Missing compat symlinks (ok, need documentation):
/etc/{afsd,galatead,snmpd,syslogd,tftpd,timed} have moved to /etc/athena
/etc/athena/messaged has been moved to /usr/athena/etc
moved /usr/athena/lib/ispell/icombine to /usr/athena/bin
moved /usr/athena/lib/update/synctree to /usr/athena/etc
Kerberos progs /usr/etc/{ext_srvtab,kadmind,kdb_destroy,kdb_edit,kdb_init,
kdb_util,kerberos,klogind,knetd,kprop,kpropd,kshd,kstash,login.krb}
have been moved to /usr/athena/etc
progs /usr/etc/{discussd,disserve,lpqd,mkcred,nfsc,rpc.mountd,rpc.rcquotad,
s_chkaf,zpopnotify} have been moved to /usr/athena/etc
athena man pages have been moved from /usr/man/* to /usr/athena/man
/usr/athena/bulkpost.{longform,shorform} have been moved to /usr/athena/lib
moved /usr/athena/postit.{el,elc} to /usr/athena/lib/elisp
Things moved and documented, but not symlinked:
/site/usr/lib/crontab has moved /etc
Documentation needed:
/etc/athena/suid_afs_cells has been replaced with /etc/athena/config_afs
Old zwgc support deleted:
The /etc/athena/zephyr.desc compatability symlink has gone away
obsolete program /usr/etc/ozwgc has been removed but not man pages
/etc/{attach.conf,rc.conf,rc.net} have moved to /etc/athena
Programs removed (ok, need documentation):
excess X servers in /etc are gone
some obsolete scripts in /etc/athena (backup,backuperr,cppart,csh_commands_path,
cut_msgs,dumptape,rti_users,sh_commands_path,stop_mailer) have been
removed
obsolete program /etc/athena/login-shutdown has been removed
empty dir /srvd/help and file lib/help.index are gone
/usr/2020 has been removed
/usr/beta has been removed
removed obsolete scripts /usr/athena/{csh_source,rcsify,tapedd}
removed obsolete programs /usr/athena/{erlogin,glist,xdef2res,xswitch}
removed libraries /usr/athena/lib/lib{dyn,penplot}
removed scribe database /usr/athena/lib/scribe/*
removed /usr/athena/{scribe,scribe7}
removed /usr/athena/lib/zephyr/*.acl from packs
/usr/doc/* has been removed
/usr/etc/{erlogind,login.erl} have been removed
/usr/include/netns/* has been removed
/usr/lib/libX.a has been removed
X11 progammers man pages have been removed from /usr/man/*
zephyrd has been removed but the man pages have not
/usr/lib/olc symlink has been removed
spurious links /usr/new/mh.6.6/{bin/bin,lib/lib} have been removed
Other changes:
/usr/athena/lib/gnuemacs/* things specific to 18.54 are missing
