hitting return on the "Username:" field should not advance the focus to the
"Password:" field, since null usernames are invalid.
Hitting "F4" used to get you the "Specify special login" option. Now it gets
you "Check your email" instead, and you have to use "F5" to get a special
login. This should be consistent with the previous release -- "F4" should be
special, and new options should get shoved to the bottom of the menu -- with
the exception, I suppose, of "start over", which should always be the last
option on the menu. "Start over" could always be "F10" or something, thus
leaving room for 9 login options, but it's too late for that now, I guess.
