xlogin doesn't detach home directory

I've been informed that my previous bug report (testers[1466]) only fixes a
small subset of the cases where a user's home directory is not detached.  I
have checked this, and found that xlogin with the patch still won't detach a
user's home directory when the user logs out normally.  This is an
unacceptable security hole.  The minimum that xlogin should do on logout is
run "detach $USER"; it would be better to run "detach -a" as the user.
