Richard,
No one has suggested that using the term "ombudsman" would have amounted to
harassment. The people who will be responsible for answering lucy questions have
made the request for the term "ombudsperson." It is their prerogative. I am sure
they are aware that some people will find it ridiculous, as you do, but it is
still their choice. I suggest that once lucy is fully implemented, you bring it
up to lucy.
