returns a list of print clusters.
two problems:
1) it's really prclusterlist (according to other parts of the
man page)
2) hesinfo prclusterlist foo resolves to nothing, so this
shouldn't even be here. (It is in the man page under "VALID
Hesiod_Name_Types", with no caveat that this may be untrue...)
