There is no reactivate man page. "man -k reactivate" matches nothing.
There is also no reference to reactivate.local in the man pages for dm
or xlogin. A lot of private-workstation users rely on activate.local
and/or deactivate.local, and will want to be able to easily transplant
their old customizations into the new scheme. Perhaps this conversion
should be covered in the user release notes, as well as in a man page.
