New MWM for 7.2(G?)

I missed a #define when compiling MWM for 7.2, with the effect that /bin/csh
was being used for all forked jobs. This has the annoying effect that
MWM appears to freeze up for a second or two while csh forks, and the console
pops up when the csh prints out the job number and process id of whatever
is being run from your mwm menu or whatever. The (local) fix was to use
/bin/sh unless MWM_SHELL is set to something. That's the #define I missed
this time. Anyway, the new (correct) versions can be picked up in:
/mit/motifdev/src/MOTIF1.{VAX,RT,MIPS}/clients/mwm/mwm
As always, this is a binary-only pickup. The binaries have been compiled
optimized and have been stripped. I tested them breifly before sending this
message. Please let me know if anyone experiences any other (7.2-related)
problems with MWM.
