Dash
dash.c
are enhancements for:
making sure that the "Do you really want to logout?" window
is mapped raised (change to dash.c)
warping the cursor to that window when it is mapped (added
callback to dash.c, called it from Dash)
the ability to lower the menu bar (added callback to dash.c,
to be called from the dash menus out in AFSland)
The last change is somewhat important, as the user can wind up with
their title bars stuck behind the dash menu bar, and might not know
how to move their windows without access to the title bars.
