I researched this message on the RT, but at least some (likely all) of
these problems are on all three platforms (vax, rt and pmax).
/srvd/usr/man/whatis has bogus entries for at least the following man
pages (at the end of this list are some whole-line confusions):

config_console (1)? [Confusing. Perhaps set up more like strcpy manpage]
